International students who have achieved outstanding high school records are being offered the Presidential Scholarships in the USA. The scholarship programme is organized by the University of Richmond for the academic year 2021-2022.

The scholarship can be won by any home country or international applicant who wishes to pursue an undergraduate degree at Richmond. The Award will be directed to the programme fee.

Presidential international Scholarships at University of Richmond, USA for Bachelor Founded in 1830, University of Richmond is a non-profit private higher education institution located in the urban setting of the large town of Richmond (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Virginia. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges, University of Richmond (UR) is a small (uniRank enrollment range: 5,000-5,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. University of Richmond (UR) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as pre-bachelor degrees (i.e. certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation degrees), bachelor degrees, master degrees in several areas of study. This 189 years old higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on entrance examinations and students' past academic record and grades. The admission rate range is 30-40% making this US higher education organization a very selective institution. International students are welcome to apply for enrollment.

  • Eligible Course or Subjects: The applicants can apply to undertake an undergraduate programme offered at Richmond.

Offered Benefits

The selected applicants will be provided one-third of the tuition fee of the undertaken programme up to 8 semesters by the University of Richmond.

Application Process

  • How to Apply: Students can apply through the university portal, Common Application, or Coalition Application. First-year applicants will automatically be considered for the opportunity .
  • Supporting Documents: The students are required to present the following documents to the university:

  • Recommendation letter
  • Secondary school report
  • Essay
  • Admission Requirements: The applicants must have a high school diploma with a 5 GPA minimum.
  • Language Requirement: The students must submit scores of the following English language proficiency tests:
