Applications are currently open for the Postgraduate Merit funding for the session 2020/21. This funding program is administered by the National University of Ireland Galway.

The program is activated for all international students to help in their study and shape their future, who want to pursue a postgraduate study in Ireland.

International Postgraduate Merit Scholarship at National University of Ireland Galway, 2020 for Master Established in 1845, National University of Ireland, Galway is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the large town of Galway (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), County Galway. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Department of Education and Skills, Ireland, National University of Ireland, Galway (NUI Galway) is a large (uniRank enrollment range: 10,000-14,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. National University of Ireland, Galway (NUI Galway) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as pre-bachelor degrees (i.e. certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation degrees), bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. Offered Benefits

The program will provide a partial fee waiver of €2,000 to the winning candidates.

Application Process

  • How to Apply: No e-mail application is required – all students that have accepted their offer will automatically be considered for one of the awards and awards will be made to selected students based on merit.
  • Supporting Documents: Applicants must provide a curriculum vitae, personal statement, transcripts, passport or birth certificate, evidence of English language competency.
  • Admission Requirements: You should check entry requirements when you come to study at the National University of Ireland.
  • Language Requirement: All applicants, whose first language is not English, must present the English language score (IELTS, TOEFL, and Pearson PTE).
