Postdoctoral Researcher Position in Experimental Linguistics, Germany for Fellowship Established in 1962, Ruhr-Universität Bochum (Ruhr University Bochum) is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the suburban setting of the small city of Bochum (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), North Rhine-Westphalia.   • Acceptable Course or Subjects: Applicants must hold a PhD in Linguistics or a closely related field
  • Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, applicants must meet all the following criteria:
  • Excellent PhD in linguistics or related field

  • Proven expertise in experimental methods and statistical analysis

  • Solid publication record in international peer-reviewed journals

  • Team spirit and collaborative mindset

  • Adequate proficiency in academic English (writing and communication)

  • Desirable: Expertise in theoretical semantics/pragmatics and/or computational modeling (e.g., linear OT, Harmonic Grammar, RSA)

  • Advantageous: Experience supervising students.
