The University of Twente’s Department of Developmental BioEngineering is excited to announce a prestigious Postdoctoral Scholarship focused on pioneering diagnostic tools and joint-on-chip models for osteoarthritis.
This scholarship is open to applicants from all countries who hold a PhD in Biomedical Engineering or a related field with a focus on material science and engineering. Candidates must have experience in photolithography, micro-milling, and/or 3D printing, as well as a background in organ-on-chips and imaging techniques. Applicants should demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, leadership potential, and experience in supervising students. Offered Benefits
As a postdoctoral candidate, you will be offered a full-time (38 hours/week) position for one year. In accordance with the Collective Labour Agreement for Dutch Universities and depending on experience, the gross monthly salary for a postdoctoral employee is €3,877 plus a holiday allowance (8%), an end-year bonus (8.3% of the annual salary), and a number of additional benefits.
