Umeå University is pleased to announce a two-year postdoctoral position in plant ecophysiology at the Department of Medical Biochemistry and Biophysics. The position focuses on studying plant responses to climate change through experimental and isotopic analysis. It offers an exciting opportunity for early-career researchers with expertise in plant sciences to contribute to interdisciplinary research on ecosystem dynamics and carbon metabolism.
The study award is open to international students, they must hold a PhD (or equivalent foreign degree) in plant sciences, biochemistry, or a related field, awarded no more than three years before the application deadline. They should have hands-on experience in plant ecophysiology, including growth chamber experiments and physiological measurements.
