Aarhus University is offering a Postdoctoral Position in Spatial Multi-omics and Atherosclerosis, starting on 1 September 2025. The position focuses on integrating single-cell and spatial omics data to study human coronary plaques. Applicants with a PhD and experience in bioinformatics and omics analysis are encouraged to apply by 3 July 2025.
To be eligible, applicants must hold a PhD in a relevant field such as bioinformatics, computational biology, or molecular biology. They should have experience with single-cell and spatial omics data analysis (e.g., snRNA-seq, Visium, MALDI-MSI) and be proficient in R and/or Python. Fluency in English and strong collaborative skills are also required.
