Leiden University is offering a two-year, 0.7 FTE postdoc position in Sign Language and Deaf Studies, focused on historical linguistics of sign languages.
To be eligible for this postdoctoral position, applicants must hold a PhD in Deaf Studies, Gesture Studies, Sign Language Studies, or a related field. Fluency in at least one sign language is required, along with strong analytical skills for both field and lab-based research. • Should possess strong teamwork and independent thinking skills
• Must be a resident of the Netherlands or willing to relocate.
