  • Acceptable Course or Subjects: The postdoctoral position is awarded in Political Communication, Communication Science, Political Science, Computational Social Science, or closely related disciplines offered by the University of Amsterdam.
  • Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, applicants must meet the following criteria:
  • Hold a PhD in communication science, political science, computational social science, or a related field (or be close to completion)

  • Demonstrate a strong research interest in negative campaigning, political communication, or social norms

  • Have proven experience with quantitative research methods, including panel data analysis and/or automated content analysis

  • Possess advanced analytical skills using tools such as R, Stata, or Python

  • Show the ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international research environment

  • Exhibit excellent English language proficiency (written and spoken)
