Eligibility Criteria

  • Acceptable Course or Subjects: The position is available in marine ecology, environmental science, or related fields offered by SLU.

  • Admissible Criteria:
    To be eligible, applicants must:

    • Hold a PhD in ecology, environmental science, or a related field (completed within the last three years).

    • Have proven experience in spatiotemporal and multivariate statistical modelling.

    • Demonstrate proficiency in statistical programming (e.g., R, Python, or similar).

    • Possess fluency in spoken and written English.

    • Show evidence of independent research and peer-reviewed publications.

    • Experience working with large datasets, knowledge of fish ecology, and familiarity with the Baltic Sea ecosystem are considered merits.

    • Ability to communicate with stakeholders in Swedish is a merit.
