The postdoctoral position offers a non-tenured role for a 3-year period with a teaching obligation of 33.33%, including participation in a teaching qualification program (HETEP), which is beneficial for future placement. The position is part of the project funded by the Spar Nord Foundation entitled “Managing the paradox of diversity: A research-based immersive virtual reality approach.” The project focuses on managing diversity within Danish organizations through advanced VR technology and immersive learning to increase equity, diversity, and inclusion.
