Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible Countries: All international, as well as domestic students, are eligible to apply.
  • Eligible Course or Subjects: Students can apply for and Post-Doctoral Research Associate at the Institute of Northern Studies at the University of Highlands and Islands.
  • Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following/given criteria:
  • The applicants must be able to deliver personal research that is aligned to the Institute for Northern Studies and the DFG/AHRC funded project “The Norse and the Sea” and through this work contribute to UHI outputs.

Offered Benefits

Successfully selected candidates will be provided £31,601 – £36,633 per annum for up to 2.5 years to conduct a full-time study at the Institute for Northern Studies.
