Aalborg University’s Department of Chemistry and Bioscience is inviting applications for a PhD Stipend in Detection of Peptide-Based Pesticides for the academic session 2025/2026.

  • Acceptable Course or Subjects: The scholarship is awarded for research within biological effects and environmental fate of peptide-based pesticides, under the PhD program in Engineering and Science at Aalborg University.

  • Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, applicants must:

    • Hold a Master’s degree in biotechnology, biology, biochemistry, toxicology, or a related field.

    • Have experience or knowledge of advanced molecular techniques (e.g., transcriptomics, metabolomics, proteomics) and bioinformatics.

    • Demonstrate data analysis and statistical skills.

    • Possess excellent oral and written English communication skills.

    • Show interest in working in an interdisciplinary research environment and be willing to collaborate closely with bioinformaticians and external partners.
