  • Acceptable Course or Subjects: The scholarship will be awarded in:

  • Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, applicants must:

    • Be classified as a Home fee-paying student

    • Have submitted an application to the PhD programme in Applied Linguistics and received an offer

    • Submit an excellent research proposal relevant to the expertise of staff in the Centre for Applied Linguistics

    • Show potential to succeed on the PhD programme and contribute to the research culture of the department

    • Be willing to take on roles that contribute to the academic community (e.g., student representation, seminar support)
