RMIT University is offering an exciting PhD Scholarship in Project of First-Principles Modelling and Property Prediction of Emerging Two-Dimensional Materials. The selected candidate will join a cutting-edge research project focused on the first-principles modelling and property prediction of emerging two-dimensional (2D) metal oxide materials using Density Functional Theory (DFT) simulations.
To be eligible for this PhD scholarship, applicants must have a background in Computer Science, Computational Physics, or a related field. They should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen interest in using computational tools for materials research. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment are also essential.
