  • Acceptable Course or Subjects: The scholarship will be awarded in the PhD specialisation in Economics, including Industrial Organisation, Macroeconomics, Behavioural Economics, Labour Economics, and Development Economics.

  • Admissible Criteria:

    • Must hold a five-year Master’s degree (MSc) in Economics, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.

    • Minimum average grade equivalent to B (4.0) in the Norwegian grading system.

    • Demonstrated academic skills via GMAT or GRE (waivers available for Nordic Master’s degree holders).

    • Proof of English proficiency via TOEFL, IELTS, or PTE Academic (waivers for native speakers, Nordic Master’s degree holders, or degrees taught in English).

    • Submission of a research proposal (2,000–4,000 words) and statement of purpose.

    • Commitment to 25% teaching/research assistance duties.
