  • Acceptable Course or Subjects: The PhD position will be awarded in Computational Biomedicine, with a focus on molecular dynamics simulations, machine learning, and protein modeling.
  • Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, applicants must meet the following criteria:
  • Hold a Master’s degree in physics, chemistry, bioinformatics, applied mathematics, or computer science.

  • Have experience with UNIX-like operating systems.

  • Possess strong mathematical and programming skills (Python, Machine Learning).

  • Have a basic understanding of molecular forces and structures.

  • Demonstrate excellent written and spoken English.

  • Be motivated, communicative, and able to work in international teams.

  • Prior knowledge of molecular dynamics (MD) simulations is desirable.
