Wageningen University & Research is offering a fully funded PhD Position in Diet, Faecal Microbiota and Chemotherapy in Patients with Colon Cancer. This 4-year project, GEM-CARE (Gut Ecology Management for Cancer treatment and Recovery Enhancement), involves observational and intervention studies on dietary fiber intake, chemotherapy side effects, and faecal microbiota dynamics.
Applicants from all nationalities are eligible. Candidates must hold an MSc degree in (bio)medical sciences, biology, bioinformatics, nutrition & health, or a related field, and must be proficient in Dutch and English (CEFR C2 level).
