TU Delft invites applications for a PhD Position in Autonomous Reasoning on Robots Operating in the Real Open World. This role involves advancing algorithms in knowledge representation, probabilistic and logic reasoning, and situational graph modelling.
To be eligible for this PhD position requires applicants to hold a master’s degree in fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Systems and Controls, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related areas. Candidates should have strong skills in world modelling, machine learning, probabilistic and logic reasoning, solid mathematics foundations, and programming experience (Python/C++ with ROS or Gazebo).
