The University of Copenhagen, Department of Plant and Environmental Sciences is inviting applications for a PhD Fellowship in Faba Bean Crop Physiology as part of the Novo Nordisk Foundation-funded DIGIFABA project. The fellowship focuses on understanding above- and belowground traits affecting yield stability under drought stress, combining field and greenhouse experiments with data science approaches to support sustainable crop production.
To be eligible, applicants must hold a degree equivalent to a Danish master’s in agriculture, agronomy, crop science, plant physiology, or a related field. They should have knowledge of grain legume production, drought tolerance, or biological nitrogen fixation, and experience with greenhouse or field studies is an advantage.
