Peking University is pleased to announce the Scholarships program for outstanding international students. Established in 2012, this scholarship supports undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral students by providing full or partial financial aid, including tuition fees, stipends, and medical insurance.
To be eligible for the PhD Scholarship, applicants must be international students holding an offer to study as a freshman at Peking University. They must not be recipients of any other scholarships and should not be enrolled in professional degree programs, joint degree programs, or English-taught programs.Established in 1898, Peking University is one of China’s most prestigious and oldest institutions of higher education. It is recognized as a member of the elite C9 League and has played a pivotal role in China’s intellectual movements throughout its history. With over 48,600 students, including around 2,500 international students, PKU emphasizes a comprehensive education system that integrates general and professional studies while fostering interdisciplinary programs.
