This Doctoral Research Fellowship offers a unique opportunity for motivated candidates to contribute to cutting-edge research at the intersection of AI, Participatory Design (PD), and Computer Supported Collaborative Work (CSCW).
The purpose of this PhD position is to advance the understanding of human-AI collaboration by investigating how AI can be integrated as a co-worker in professional environments. It is open to candidates with a strong academic background in Computer Science, Interaction Design, or related fields, who are eager to engage in interdisciplinary research and contribute to the evolving field of AI within the context of CSCW. The program aims to explore how AI can be designed as a trusted co-worker in organizational settings, fostering collaboration between humans and technology.
