The Inter-Disciplinary Ethcis Applied (IDEA) Centre for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL) at the University of Leeds is able to offer partial fees scholarships for the Online MA in Applied and Professional Ethics. All students (UK/EU/International) are eligible to apply. For part-time students (who take the course over two years) the scholarship is subject to review at the end of the first year.
Scholarships will be awarded on the basis of academic excellence, which will be assessed by considering the candidate’s application to the University and supporting documents, and the interview conducted as part of the admissions process. Any student who applies for the MA before the deadline is entitled to apply for a scholarship.
The online MA in Applied and Professional Ethics is a distance learning Masters degree in ethics designed specifically for online distance learning. It is intended to help people in business, the professions and the public sector develop skills and knowledge that can help them engage with ethical issues in their working lives.
The course is taught entirely online, making it particularly appropriate for those in full-time employment or resident overseas, who wish to gain a qualification from a leading university without interrupting their career.
