In order to facilitate the attendance to the on-campus time 2016, we are awarding the four students obtaining the best grades in the first semester with up to 1,200 € for travel costs. The on-campus time is offered as an elective module in the 2nd semester in Berlin (Germany).
The on-campus time provides excellent networking opportunities combined with practical, hands-on training and site visits to real installations. In this way, students coming from the whole world not only put their knowledge into practice, but also establish direct contacts with other students and the industry.
Four travel scholarships will be available for international students with high travel expenses wishing to attend the June 2016 on-campus elective module in Berlin and who do not live and work in Germany during the on-campus time semester. These travel scholarships will be awarded to the students who perform best in the first semester of MBA Renewables.
Offered Benefits
The scholarship is up to 1,200 Euro incl. VAT, from which the scholarship holder can:
- Use the total sum for travel costs. Please note: if travel costs (airline or rail ticket) are lower than 1,200 Euro incl. VAT, real costs will be reimbursed; if travel costs are higher than 1,200 EURO incl. VAT, the scholarship holder will pay the excess her/himself.
- Combine travel and accommodation costs. Please note: if accommodation costs are lower than 50 Euro incl. VAT per night for a maximum of 12 nights, real costs will be reimbursed; if accommodation costs are higher than 50 Euro incl. VAT per night for a maximum of 12 nights, the scholarship holder will pay the excess her/himself.
The scholarship holder must forward the original receipts and tickets/boarding passes from her/his travel and for hotel accommodation in Berlin to the MBA Renewables team no later than 3 weeks after the end of the on-campus period.
The MBA Renewables team will refund costs within 3 weeks of receiving receipts.
