The OSF Scholarship provides full coverage to students in the Niger Delta. The foundation support first and second-year undergraduates with resources to excel, while advancing gender equity and empowering our students for success with targeted mentorship and career guidance.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Applicant is from Niger Delta  (primarily these three; Delta, Edo, Ondo states).

2. Applicant is not from any of the above listed Niger Delta states but has extraordinary performance in academics - presenting no less than a 4.0 CGPA on a 5point scale (school results to be provided on request).

3. Applicant's area of study is STEM; Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics.

4. Applicant has gained admission for the current year (2025-2026) into a Nigerian public university OR is already in Year 1 or Year 2 in a Nigerian public university.
