Application Process
Required Documents:
Applicants must use the electronic form on the Obvia website to submit their application and follow the instructions.
- The candidate must, depending on the level of program, provide information in the form:
- Coordinates;
- Information on the targeted program, the host establishment and the Obvia member supervisor;
- Information about the research project or research activity;
- Information on the journey, implications and achievements.
- In addition, the candidate must attach, depending on the program level, in the electronic form (in PDF format only) the following documents:
- Proof of registration, recently issued, showing the date you started the program or the offer of admission to the program;
- A cover letter;
- A copy of transcripts for all years of university study completed, completed or not (combined into a single PDF file). For the current study program, the transcript must be up to date;
- Editor's acknowledgments for all articles accepted for publication but not published to date (combined into a single PDF file).
- The person who supervises or agrees to supervise the project must send a letter of recommendation directly to before the competition deadline and date.
