Nottingham Trent University (NTU) is a public university in Nottingham, England. It was founded as a new university in 1992 from Trent Polytechnic (later Nottingham Polytechnic). Its roots go back to 1843 with the establishment of the Nottingham Government School of Design which still exists within the university today.

Eligibility Criteria
All international students holding offers to study a full-time undergraduate Engineering course in September 2017.
To be eligible for consideration for an international scholarship, applicants must:
- Have been offered a place on an eligible course (excluding MBA, EMBA, GDL, LPC, BPTC and exchange students); and
- Be classed as an overseas student for tuition fee purposes.
To be eligible for consideration for an EU scholarship, applicants must:
- Have been offered a place on an eligible course (excluding MBA, EMBA, GDL, LPC, BPTC and exchange students); and
- Be classed as an EU student for tuition fee purposes.
