Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility

To qualify as eligible for this scholarship, you must be:

• A female Australian citizen

• Enrolled full-time and studying for a certificate, diploma, degree or traineeship at an accredited Australian Tertiary Education Institution*  in any of the following areas related to STEM*:

• Science

• Technology

• Engineering

• Mathematics

Offered Benefits

Nimble is offering two $5,000 cash scholarships, to be paid by Nimble directly to the Australian bank account provided by the eligible winners.

Applicants who wish to be considered for one of the two available scholarships are to submit:

A written essay

(Maximum 500 words) on ‘Why you are studying STEM, and what impact you hope to make in your field during your career’.

The work will be judged on the following:

• Clarity of expression
• The level of innovative thinking brought to the work
• Grammatical features such as structure, language, and wording.

A short statement

(Maximum 300 words) should also be given by the applicant detailing why they believe they are deserving of the scholarship.

Eg financial assistance, strong academic transcript, or other reason.

The work will be judged on the following:

• Personal statements will also be considered as part of the judging criteria.
