Eligibility Criteria
- International student who is a resident of any nation in the Africa Continent, USA or Turkey
- International student who has been admitted to an NC academic program for the upcoming school year.

Offered Benefits
- $1000 to be awarded in the semester, and an additional $1000 in semester 2 if the student maintains an eighty percent (80%) average
