The New Colombo Plan provides students the chance to study in 40 different countries and territories throughout the Indo-Pacific region. Each year, the program provides 120 exceptional Australian university students with the opportunity to engage in a minimum of one study session, and potentially a full academic year, in one of these diverse destinations. Additionally, an integral aspect of the Scholarship Program involves participation in an internship or mentorship program either preceding or following the academic study component.Application Deadline: 21 June 2024

Application Process
Interested candidates must first apply to and be nominated by their university. Once nominated, applicants can proceed to apply for the scholarship through the designated application portal. Shortlisted candidates will undergo an interview process, and successful nominees will be required to compile and submit additional documents to the New Colombo Plan Secretariat.
