But what makes a good scholarship great? We think it’s our values, especially our commitment to put people first. NatSteel only offers a select few the scholarship each year, so we can focus on grooming each scholar through a bespoke development programme. The same applies to our study awards, given to promising students who have already begun their undergraduate studies.
As a scholar or study awardee, you will be given opportunities to experience multiple internship stints in different business units in NatSteel. We will also invite you to join us in our recreational activities, community work and corporate events, to familiarise yourself with the NatSteel culture.
Upon graduation, you will be given exposure to the dynamic global steel market. In line with our philosophy of nurturing people, you can expect to have exciting job rotations and cross-functional projects.
