The bursary is open to students on the BSc Property Development & Valuation and the MSc Property Management & Investment courses.
The bursary consists of paid work placements with the possibility of full time employment on graduation, £200 towards the cost of course books and a company mentor to assist with coursework and career development. Only one student will be awarded at any one time.
