Merit-Based Scholarships at University of the Arts, USA for Bachelor Established in 1876, The University of the Arts is a non-profit private higher education institution located in the urban setting of the large city of Philadelphia (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), Pennsylvania. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education, The University of the Arts (Uarts) is a small (uniRank enrollment range: 2,000-2,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. The University of the Arts (Uarts) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as pre-bachelor degrees (i.e. certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation degrees), bachelor degrees, master degrees in several areas of study. This 143 years old higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on entrance examinations and students' past academic record and grades. The admission rate range is 60-70% making this US higher education organization a somewhat selective institution. International applicants are eligible to apply for enrollment.

Application Process

  • How to Apply: To be considered for the award, students must take admission in an undergraduate degree at the university. After that, students will be automatically considered for programmes at the time of admission.
  • Supporting Documents: Students will be asked to submit their copies of academic transcripts or certificates, a copy of the passport, curriculum vitae, and language ability proof.
  • Admission Requirements: Applicants must submit previous year degrees or certificates with an excellent academic result from a recognized college or university.
  • Language Requirement: If your education has not been conducted in the English language, you will be expected to demonstrate evidence of an adequate level of English proficiency. For more information, go through the English language requirements page.
