Melbourne University Sport is proudly presenting the International Sport Access Scholarship to support the students for the 2020/21 academic year study in Australia.
The award program is open to all domestic and international students who have an academic status of good standing. The program is also offering students facing financial hardship with a complimentary fitness membership.

Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Department of Education and Training, Australia, The University of Melbourne (UNIMELB) is a very large (uniRank enrollment range: over-45,000 students) coeducational higher education institution. This 166 years old higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on students' past academic record and grades. The admission rate range is 70-80% making this Australian higher education organization a somewhat selective institution. International applicants are eligible to apply for enrollment.
Offered Benefits
There are around 150 awards available. Based on the quality of the personal statement and level of financial need, applicants will receive at least $800 prize.
Fitness Membership consists of:
- Limitless use of the Strength & Fitness Gym
- Free member lockers
- A free introductory session with a trainer in Strength and Fitness Gym and one complimentary training program per month (subject to availability)
- Boundless access to Group Fitness classes (subject to maximum class numbers)
- Unrestricted access to the Beaurepaire 25 meter heated lap pool
- Access to Member rates for all other MU Sport services and facilities, such as court hire and accommodation at the Melbourne University Ski Lodge
Note: Sport Access Scholarships awarded on 30 March 2020 (Round 1) and on 21 August 2020 (Round 2) will provide access to MU Sport Fitness facilities until November 30 of the same year.
