The MSc by Research student will build on this work to optimise current Calon Cardio numerical models and develop innovative post-processing techniques to better predict pump performance and blood damage caused by the pump. In vitro measurements will support the verification and validation of the optimised numerical models and the developed post-processing techniques for the project scope.
