Join the Decarbonization leaders program to enhance your leadership and communication skills, gain professional development and networking opportunities, and receive coaching and mentorship. Get access to experts and deepen your knowledge in decarbonization and sustainability. Apply now and make a difference!

The program will run during the academic year and will provide workshops, 1-on-1 coaching sessions, peer networking and access to professionals and experts. The student groups will have a chance to develop their strategic plan for their organization and receive feedback from peers and professionals. The program will end in March with an annual event and pitch to potential partners and donors.

Eligibility Criteria

McGill students engaged with student organizations in decarbonization or sustainability field:

  • Maximum 2 students per student group: 1 executive leader and 1 nominee. At least one student should be a returning student in the incoming year to ensure succession planning.

Individual participants who are aspiring in joining an existing student group or creating a new student group are welcome to apply.
