China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), a joint-venture for management education, was co-founded by the Chinese government and European Union (EU) in 1994, with Shanghai Jiao Tong University and the EFMD serving as its executive partners.

Application for entry into the MBA 2019 class is based on a 'round' admission system. Applicants need to make sure that all necessary documents are submitted to the MBA Admissions Office before the application deadline. The MBA Admissions Office will process an application only when it is completed. The final application deadline for admission is March 22, 2017. As the programme is highly competitive, applicants are encouraged to apply as early as possible.

CEIBS MBA programme offers a rich and diversified scheme of financial aid to qualified candidates, both domestic and international.
Financial aid includes: scholarship, need-based education fund, company sponsored scholarship, commercial loan and social finance loan.

MBA 2019 Scholarships - CEIBS for Master Established in 1994, China Europe International Business School is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the metropolis of Shanghai (population range of over 5,000,000 inhabitants). Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Ministry of Education of The People's Republic of China, China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) is a very small (uniRank enrollment range: under-250 students) coeducational higher education institution. China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as master degrees in several areas of study. This 25 years old higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on entrance examinations and students' past academic record and grades. The admission rate range is 20-30% making this Chinese higher education organization a very selective institution.

Eligibility Criteria

All candidates are expected to meet the following requirements:

- A bachelor's degree or above

- Full-time work experience of two years or longer

- A GMAT/GRE score (GMAT code: MDQ-HH-39; GRE code: 3654) or CEIBS Admission Test score

- Proficiency in English

The Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) consists of four parts: the Analytical Writing Assessment (AWA) Section, the Quantitative Section, the Verbal Section and Integrated Reasoning Section. All four sections are administered in a computer-adaptive format. The GMAT Institution Code for CEIBS is MDQ-HH-39 and CEIBS students usually have a total score of more than 600 for the Quantitative and Verbal Sections.

  • GRE

The General Test of Graduate Record Examination (GRE) is composed of three parts – verbal, quantitative, and analytical writing. The maximum score for verbal and quantitative is 170. The analytical writing score will be reported on a 0-6 score scale, in half-point increments. GRE scores are valid for 5 years. The GRE Institution Code for CEIBS is 3654.
