The Apolitical-UCL Scholarship is a prestigious opportunity arising from a newly formed partnership between the Department of Science, Technology, Engineering and Public Policy and Apolitical. The scholarship provides an opportunity to study an innovative programme at a unique department at one of the world’s leading universities, while being supported by Apolitical to become a future government leader.

Apolitical’s writers and policy experts will induct the student into the best ideas from around the world – helping them to form valuable networks. They will also be invited to share their thought leadership with contributions to Apolitical’s research and writing and to join prestigious events so they can form international relationships and career changing connections.

The successful applicant will embody the tech savvy, internationalism and cutting-edge innovation that the public service will need to cope with the problems of tomorrow. Master`s In Public Administration Founded in 1826, University College London is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the metropolis of London (population range of over 5,000,000 inhabitants). Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Privy Council, University College London (UCL) is a very large (uniRank enrollment range: 35,000-39,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. University College London (UCL) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study.
