Masters Friendship Scholarships for Russia, Thailand and Indonesia Students at Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, China Founded in 2006, Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University is a non-profit private higher education institution located in the urban setting of the large city of Suzhou (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), Jiangsu. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Education Department, Jiangsu Province, Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU) is a small (uniRank enrollment range: 2,000-2,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. Application Process

  • How to Apply: All candidates, who have been selected to study in a master program at the university can apply for the opportunity .
  • Supporting Documents: All applicants are required to submit a application letter online.
  • Admission Requirements: The minimum admission requirements for a master degree program at the university is an upper second class honour (2:1) or equivalent.
  • Language Requirement: If you have not studied in English, then you have to provide evidence of your level of English proficiency. You can earn one of the following qualifications: IELTS, TOEFL or equivalent.

Benefits: The sponsorship will cover the 30% per cent tuition fee for an approved course.
