Masters by Research Elevate funding for International Students at CQ University, Australia Founded in 1967, Central Queensland University is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the rural setting of the large town of North Rockhampton (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Queensland.   • Eligible Countries: All nationalities.
  • Eligible Course or Subjects: Masters by research degree in levels of health-benefiting compounds in the seed, oil, and pressed seedcake of sixteen new lines of black sesame.
  • Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the given criteria:
  • The candidate must be prepared to relocate to Rockhampton (Queensland, Australia) for the duration of the award and eligible for enrollment as an MSc candidate at CQUniversity.
  • The candidate must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident of Australia or eligible for a student visa for temporary residence and already be living in Australia at the time of application due to travel restrictions that are currently in place in Australia due to COVID-19.

Application Process

  • How to Apply: Aspirants are required to take admission in the masters by a research degree program at the university. The application should be submitted by email to Dr. Mani Naiker
  • Supporting Documents: Attach the following:
  • your relevant qualifications
  • a letter of motivation describing your skills and research expertise
  • a clear response to the selection criteria is essential
  • your current resume and a list of any research publications/projects that you have been involved in
  • a list of three references together with contact information
  • Admission Requirements: Applicants must have an honors degree from CQUniversity or any other approved institution in a relevant discipline.
  • Language Requirement: Students must have to meet the English language requirements of the university.
