Master of Science in Public Policy and Management (MSPPM) Established in 1900, Carnegie Mellon University is a non-profit private higher education institution located in the urban setting of the small city of Pittsburgh (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), Pennsylvania. This institution has also branch campuses in the following location(s): Silicon Valley, Doha. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education, Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) is a large (uniRank enrollment range: 10,000-14,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. This 119 years old higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on entrance examinations and students' past academic record and grades. The admission rate range is 20-30% making this US higher education organization a very selective institution. International applicants are eligible to apply for enrollment.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Apply for a full-time MSPPM program at CMU-A commencing in January 2021
  • Meet the admission requirements for a CMU-A full-time master coursework degree, 12-month or 21-month tracks
  • Be accepted into a CMU-A master coursework degree commencing in January 2021
  • Accept CMU-A’s offer letter and pay the deposit by required deadline

Offered Benefits

These are valued at 60% of the tuition fees for a Master of Science in Public Policy and Management (MSPPM) at Carnegie Mellon University Australia.

For our January 2021 intake, in addition to these scholarships, we are also providing financial support to international students by reimbursing them a maximum of AUD $4500 for

  1. One way flight to Adelaide
  2. Free Airport Pick Up
  3. One month of temporary accommodation
  4. One year Mobile phone allowance
  5. Free Lap Top

Application Process

The student will simply need to indicate in the Admissions Application portal that they would like to be granted the Policy Frontiers Scholarship.

In addition, the student is required to explain why they should be awarded this Scholarship as part of the Personal Statement or in a separate statement.
