Maori Master’s Research Scholarship at University of Otago, New Zealand Founded in 1869, University of Otago is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the large town of Dunedin (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Otago. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Ministry for Tertiary Education, Skills and Employment, New Zealand, University of Otago is a large (uniRank enrollment range: 20,000-24,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. University of Otago offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. Application Process

  • How to Apply: For being enlisted in the program, students are required to enrol in the master’s thesis program at the university. After taking affirmation, you can achieve the award.
  • Supporting Documents: Must submit copies of curriculum vitae, academic transcripts, ECE, proof of identity and research proposal.
  • Admission Requirements: Aspirants must have the following:
  • NCEA Level 3
  • Cambridge Assessment of International Education
  • International Baccalaureate
  • other New Zealand secondary school qualifications
  • Language Requirement: Candidates have to accomplish the language requirements of the university.

Benefits: Winners will receive the amount of NZ$15,000 stipend per annum for domestic tuition fees waiver.
