Application Process

Required Documents:

You must submit your application online.

Please prepare the following documents, which you will need to attach to your application:

1. One  application form completed and signed (including sheets A and B):

• Sheet A: Scholarships obtained, professional and extracurricular experiences, publications related to the field of study
• Sheet B: Description of academic interests and non-program activities, curriculum and career plan

2. An official transcript for each of the institutions attended.

• At this stage of the process, the Capsule transcript is permitted for studies at Laval University. 

3. Identify three people in your application form who have in-depth knowledge of your record and abilities and can provide a critical assessment of your study project. They will be informed of the terms and conditions by email. They will also have until February 6 to submit their letter.

*At least two of these recommendations must come from professors who have taught a dominant subject in your program of study, or from superiors with whom you have been associated in academic teaching or research.
