To fulfill their aim to reduce mortality and improve health-related outcomes for adult patients admitted to the hospital in this context, Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine is inviting students to apply for the MultiLink PhD Opportunities for the academic year 2022-2023.

The MultiLink Consortium is a UK National Institute for Health Research (NIHR)-a funded programme based in Malawi and Tanzania. The program will accept applications from students with relevant master’s degrees and experience. Selected candidates will be awarded a PhD Studentship at the campus.

  • Eligible Countries: Students of all nationalities can apply.
  • Eligible Course or Subjects: PhD programmes in Context Relevant Approaches for Acute Multimorbid Disease, Cost-effective delivery of multimorbidity in secondary care, Cost-effective delivery of multimorbidity in secondary care, Care delivery for multimorbidity in secondary settings can be applied for at LSTM.
  • Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following/given criteria:
  • The applicants must have the required experience and academic qualifications for the applied PhD position at LSTM.

The selected PhD candidates will be offered a PhD studentship to cover the cost of their applied PhD programme at LSTM.
