The British Columbia chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier International is proud to announce its annual Scholarships Program, dedicated to empowering women in the culinary, beverage, and hospitality industries. This initiative supports women at any stage of their careers who are seeking to refine or expand their expertise at credible educational institutions worldwide.

The scholarship program is open to women and individuals who identify as women, residing in British Columbia. Applicants must demonstrate dedication, commitment, and potential in the culinary, beverage, or hospitality fields.The British Columbia chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier International is a non-profit organization comprised of women leaders in BC’s hospitality, food, and beverage industries. It is dedicated to inspiring, empowering, and supporting women in the community today while nurturing the next generation of female leaders.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible Countries: Canada (British Columbia residents only)
  • Acceptable Course or Subjects: The scholarship will be awarded for any subject related to culinary, beverage, or hospitality studies offered by a credible institution.
  • Admissible Criteria:
    • Open to women and individuals who identify as women.
    • Must be a BC resident.
    • Previous recipients may reapply, depending on circumstances.
    • If a prior application was unsuccessful, candidates are encouraged to apply again.
