Leipzig University is delighted to announce the availability of State Postgraduate Scholarships aimed at supporting doctoral projects. These scholarships are provided in accordance with the Saxon freedom of higher education act (Sächsisches Hochschulfreiheitsgesetz, SächsHSFG) and the regulations for the Saxon scholarship programme (Sächsische Landesstipendienverordnung, SächsLStipVO).
To be eligible for the State Postgraduate Scholarships at Leipzig University, applicants must be prospective doctoral researchers in any subject area at the university holding an above-average degree in their relevant academic discipline.
