Leiden University is pleased to announce PhD Candidate Position in French linguistics for the academic session 2025/2026.
To be eligible for this PhD position, applicants must hold a Master’s degree in Linguistics with a focus on phonology and/or phonetics. They should demonstrate proficiency in both English and French, and have experience using speech analysis tools like Praat and statistical software such as R. Strong analytical skills, scientific curiosity, the ability to work independently, and good academic writing abilities are essential for success in this role.
