Lawrence Ho Scholarships for Chinese and Hong Kong Students in UK for Master Founded in 1992, Edinburgh Napier University is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the small city of Edinburgh (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), Scotland. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Privy Council, Edinburgh Napier University is a large (uniRank enrollment range: 10,000-14,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. Edinburgh Napier University offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. This 27 years old higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on students' past academic record and grades. International students are welcome to apply for enrollment.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible Countries: Students from China and Hong Kong are eligible.
  • Acceptable Course or Subjects: For undertaking a postgraduate degree program in any subject offered by the university.
  • Admissible Criteria: To be eligible for the Lawrence Ho Scholarship, you must be from Hong Kong or China and have a firm postgraduate offer (conditional or unconditional) from Edinburgh Napier University. You have made your deposit payment towards your fees, and satisfy the below criteria:
    • Achieved a minimum of a 2:2 from a UK honours degree,
    • OR a lower-second class degree in a Hong Kong honour degree,
    • OR 75% from a Chinese Benke degree.

Offered Benefits

The scholarship is valued at £1,500 paid toward tuition fees to successful participants.
