KTH master`s challenge for Bachelor Established in 1827, Kungliga Tekniska högskolan (KTH Royal Institute of Technology) is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the large city of Stockholm (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), Stockholm County. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Utbildningsdepartementet, Sverige (Ministry of Education and Research, Sweden), Kungliga Tekniska högskolan (KTH) is a large (uniRank enrollment range: 10,000-14,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. Kungliga Tekniska högskolan (KTH) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as pre-bachelor degrees (i.e. certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation degrees), bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. This 192 years old higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on students' past academic record and grades. The admission rate range is 40-50% making this Swedish higher education organization a averagely selective institution. International applicants are eligible to apply for enrollment.

Application Process

You can participate in the KTH Master’s Challenge in five steps.

  1. Register or log in and fill out your profile information.
  2. Test your knowledge and skills in logical reasoning, knowledge of Sweden and KTH, and your academic background.
  3. Complete a programme-related case study presented on the competition site.
  4. Submit your motivational statement highlighting your motivation and unique character.
  5. Apply to the KTH programme you have chosen
