KPMG Graduate Trainee Program 2026 for Course École Supérieure d'Electricité, du Bâtiment et des Travaux Publics (Higher School of Electricity, Building and Public Works) is a private higher education institution located in the large city of Dakar (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants). Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Ministère de l'Enseignement supérieur et de la Recherche, Senegal (Ministry of Higher Education and Research, Senegal), École Supérieure d'Electricité, du Bâtiment et des Travaux Publics (ESEBAT) is a coeducational higher education institution. École Supérieure d'Electricité, du Bâtiment et des Travaux Publics (ESEBAT) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as pre-bachelor degrees (i.e. certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation degrees), bachelor degrees in several areas of study. Eligibility Criteria

You’re an ideal candidate if you meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division from a recognised university
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline 
  • Have at least 5 O’ Level credits, including English and Mathematics
  • Law graduates must have a minimum of Second-Class Upper Division in first degree and Law School
  • Are under 28 years old at the time of application
  • Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme
  • Be a Chartered Accountant - ACA, ACCA (strongly mandatory for Transaction Services- Deal Advisory)
  • Demonstrate excellent research and writing skills
  • Exhibit strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Possess exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Are proficient in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and similar applications
  • Have not taken the KPMG aptitude test within the last 12 months
