Kiisi Trust Foundation (KTF) is offering educational support to Ogoni Students in Tertiary Institutions, (The Ogoni Students are those students who hails from any of these four Local Government Areas in Rivers State which comprises of: Eleme, Gokana, Khana and Tai that are in any of the recognised tertiary institutions by National Universities Commission (NUC) in Nigeria and should be in their 200 Level/NDII OR Final Year.

75 applicants will be awarded out of which 50 will be university students and 25 for Polytechnics, Monotechnics or Colleges of Education

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Applicant must be an Ogoni student studying in any of the approved tertiary institutions.
  2. Applicants must be in their 200 Level/ND II OR Final Year (ie 2023/2024 session).
  3. Applicants must possess a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.0 on scale of 5 or 2.4 on a scale of 4.
  4. Applicants must have a BVN compliant account without maximum amount restriction.
  5. Applicants who are beneficiaries of any other scholarship (E.g Oil and Gas) need not apply.
  6. Application is restricted to Ogoni students studying in an approved tertiary Institutions recognized by National University Council (Colleges of Education, Monotecnics, Polytechnics and Universities)
  7. Applicants must Possess a valid admission letter into an approved university, monotechnics, colleges of education or polytechnic.
  8. Part-time students shall not be considered.

Go to Kiisi Trust Foundation (KTF) on www.ormscholars.com.ng to apply
  1. Click on  Sign Up
  2. Proceed to check your email inbox or spam folder to activate your account.
  3. Enter your registered username (Email Address) and password (the one you created when you signed up) to login.
  4. Enter your personal information, educational information, bank information and upload required scanned documents.
  5. Ensure the name used in applications matches the names on all documentation in same order.
  6. Ensure you view all documents after uploading, to eliminate errors during uploading.
  7. When asked to upload photo, upload a pass-port photograph with a white background.
  8. Recheck application information to avoid errors.
  9. Multiple applications attract a disqualification penalty.

Required Documents:

Applicants who meet the above requirements would be expected to upload the following documents:

  1. Student Identity Card (Approved by School Authority)
  2. Passport Photograph of a white background.
  3. Letter of admission into an approved Federal, State University or Polytechnic.
  4. Current CGPA transcript or result duly signed and stamped by HOD/Exams Officer or any authorized staff.
  5. Local Government Identification Certificate.

NOTE:

  • Each document should not be more than 300KB and must be in PDF or JPG Formats only.
  • The filename of your document must start with your Matric No e.g. LASU2022/906783AdmissionLetter.jpg
  • It is only when you have filled all the required sections and have uploaded all the documents required that you will be given an Application ID .

All relevant documents must be uploaded before the close of the application process and the portal.
